Nowadays, more and more people live in urban areas due to the convenient vital functions.  When it comes to weekend, some people will travel to the countryside; some choose to go shopping in the department store.  Famous travel sights are always full of people, even in the weekdays.

Somehow, nature has its magic to make human feel calm.

Urbanization is associated with mental illness, such as depression.  Depression is related to rumination and Subgenual prefrontal cortex.  Lack of natural environment may be the reason of mental illness.  Rumination is a self-relational emotion that repetitive thinking focuses on negative aspects of oneself.  Subgenual prefrontal cortex will increase during sadness and negative self-reflective behavior.  This brain area will become active while rumination is happening.

A study from Stanford University reports that nature experience can reduce rumination and subgenual prefrontal cortex activation.  Participants who take a 90 minutes’ walk in natural environment shows lower levels of rumination and neural activity in the subgenual prefrontal cortex compared with those who walk through an urban environment.  The result suggests that natural experience may improve mental health under this rapidly urbanizing world.

Here are some black technology products you can wear while walking.

With sewing LED, these smart clothes will flash while turning right or left.

The electric sensor inserted on the smart clothes shows your heart beat and even the exercise posture through the APP

Mioļ¼šSlice and PAI

The smart watch combines with personal activity intelligence, which will get a number showing the relationship between your running cycle and life cycle.  The number closer to 100, more healthy you are.

What are you waiting for?  Let's experience the nature!
