As we know, Japan boasts of its satisfying customer service. Their staffs represent the art of selfless hospitality which always amaze and impress foreigners and visitors. Even in a fast food restaurant, the staffs will always do what they can do to satisfy the customers.
A man recently takes the service to the next level. He posted photos and a video on his twitter to show that he succeed in buying a burger without stepping in the restaurant. He used an RC car instead.

According to his post, he went to a restaurant for a burger. Unfortunately, it was closed. He later had a sudden insight. He stuck a note that said: “a burger to go ” and a 100 Yen on a blue RC car, then, driving that car into the restaurant. The staff was confusing in the beginning, but she still took that order and put a burger on the car. With the joy of success, he drove his car back. Though the burger fell from the car in the middle of the road, the man was still satisfied and said," We are in the era that we can shop with an RC car."

Since then, he received over 130,000 likes and 110,000 retweets even though some thought his act was inappropriate.
From a different perspective, we can still regard the story as a perfect example of the collaboration of the technology and Omotenashi, the Japanese philosophy of service. Without any of the elements, the man cannot get the burger he craved. Maybe this particular purchasing method can be an alternative of purchasing in the future. Nobody needs to leave their house. All they need to do is purchasing with a drone.
