As global environmental awareness rises, more and more people are seeking the alternatives to plastic containers to reduce the usage of them and save the environment and living creatures from the pollution.  To save the environment and reduce the usage of plastic containers, three industrial design students from London have developed an edible water container - Ooho.

This container may raise many peoples' curiosity that they wonder if the container is really edible.  In fact, Ooho is made of seaweed extract which makes it edible and durable to hold water.  Ooho can reduce the use of plastic bottle and even help the marathon players, triathlon players to stay hydrated. Because it's compact, players can directly swallow it after removing the protective film on the outside.  This action also reduces the time for drinking water.  Aside from water, it can be filled with different drinks to facilitate players to recover energy.

To speed up the process of releasing Ooho to the market, the students team up with experts to set up a lab to London and raise funds from crowdfunding platforms.  Soon or later, this revolutionary water container will change our lives.
