From time to time, many of us have experienced some sorts of indigestion from eating certain foods, and even one in eight people suffer from more severe symptoms that affect their lives. Now, a testing equipment- Aire can help to identify the food that causes indigestion and digestive disease symptoms.

The developers say some people suffer from digestive diseases, such as irritable bowel syndrome which can affect daily life. They should not eat certain foods, but somehow they will consume them without knowing, which is the reason why we want to create this device.

Aire can analyze users’ breathes and help them to understand which food is suitable for them and which food is not. Users only need to blow into it for 5 seconds and it will start to analyze the reaction of digestion system from the scale of 1 to 100. If the score is close to 100, it indicates that the user has consumed something that causes problems.

How does it work?  When food moves through the large intestine, it ferments with bacteria which produces gas and causes bloating, pain or discomfort. Some gas then moves to lungs which Aire can analyze.  With Aire, users can know the food that will trigger the digestion system discomfort and know what it contains to prevent the discomfort from happing again.
